Inspired by what is arguably New York’s most famous borough, Manhattan, our Ascot restaurant harnesses fresh and local ingredients to recreate our favourite dishes from the Big Apple alongside East Coast style low and slow cooked BBQ meats.

Spiced, rubbed, smoked, mopped and chopped. Inspired by New York’s ‘low and slow’ cooking movement, we’ve crafted our own recipes including house-smoked brisket, beef short ribs and pork baby back ribs.
We believe great flavour comes from using the best ingredients, so we source premium quality Aussie beef from Mandalong Station in New South Wales. Our 100% grass-fed beef is never frozen on its way to our store in Ascot, Brisbane, and is totally gluten and preservative-free. We cook patties to medium (unless otherwise requested) so the great Aussie beef can shine!
With all that effort going into the patty, there’s no way we could neglect the bread – our burger buns are baked fresh every day, and are completely preservative and sugar-free. Gluten intolerant folks don’t have to miss out – we provide a killer gluten-free option.
Quench your thirst in our garden bar – Ascot, Brisbane’s coolest spot to kick back with a few drinks. Our urban oasis offers a range of craft beers on tap, a back bar stocked with premium spirits, specially-crafted cocktails, and bottomless iced tea- cheers!
We are generally a walk-in restaurant and we do take bookings, however due to the limited number of large tables available, bookings for larger than 6 people on a Friday or Saturday evening for dinner can be booked from 5pm out by 7.45pm (if the table is required), or booked at 8pm with no time restriction. All bookings can only be held for 15 minutes, so we recommend prompt arrival.
