The concept and brand name – 5 Boroughs is owned and was created by us, Todd and Marisa Clayton, in 2014. Our journey through the diverse world of food retail and franchising, both at home and abroad, has been a wild one. But we’re glad we got on that rollercoaster, because it’s been the cornerstone of how 5 Boroughs has evolved and thrived to become what it is today…

Imagine a corner of New York right in your neighbourhood. That's 5 Boroughs for you! From handcrafted burgers, sizzling NY-style sandwiches, mouth-watering wings to waffle fries and ribs, we’re all about that Big Apple vibe. Oh, and did we mention our full cocktail and bar menu? Just the thing to transport you to the bustling streets of NYC.

Our story began in Stones Corner in March 2015, and boy, it's been an adventure ever since! We've now expanded to several locations including Ascot, Rosalie Village, Everton Park, Carseldine, and Springwood, with Morayfield joining the family in 2021… Be sure to follow us on social to be first in the know about where we’re headed next!

Ever wondered about our name? NYC is divided into five bustling boroughs: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Staten Island, Queens, and The Bronx. Each one is a melting pot of cultures and flavours, which we passionately mirror in our menus. Fresh ingredients, in-house recipes, and slow-smoked deliciousness – that's the 5 Boroughs way.
