Spiced, rubbed, smoked, mopped and chopped. Inspired by New York’s ‘low and slow’ cooking movement, we’ve crafted our own recipes including house-smoked brisket, beef short ribs and pork baby back ribs.
We source premium quality, Australian beef from Mandalong station in NSW. Our beef is 100% grass fed Angus, single cut, freshly ground, never frozen, gluten and preservative free, seasoned to perfection. All patties are cooked to medium unless otherwise requested.
Our burger buns are baked fresh each day without preservatives or sugars. We also provide a gluten free option.
